Pizza

This is a meal loved by all young and old. It has become on of the foods most single men and women in our city enjoy getting for themselves instead of going home to cook. Many home parties are also making it a trend to order pizza instead of going through that tiring process of cooking. all you have to do is dial a delivery and its brought right to your door step.

Many of us do not appreciate its history and its the reason I am writing this today.

Pizza is a type of bread and tomato dish, often served with cheese that has existed since time  immemorial in the Middle eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.

The sequence through which flavored flat breads of the ancient and medieval Mediterranean became the most popular fast food in the 20th century is not understood.
